What to Pack in Your Spa Bag: Glen Ivy Hot Springs Edition

A day all to yourself is a luxury that some people don’t have (not me tho). If you’re one of those people, and even if you’re not, choose to spend your day pampering and luxuriating at the enchanting Glen Ivy Hot Springs.

Glen Ivy has lush gardens, ample lounge areas, naturally heated thermal mineral baths, hot and cold plunge, saline pool, Club Mud, and stream rooms and saunas. You can participate in their wellness classes like yoga or water aerobics. Enjoy their healing treatments and therapies by having a facial, a massage, or my personal favorite the Grotto. Your whole day can be spent doing activities or nothing at all and you can still have a perfect day. Whether you come as a group or solo (like me), when you leave you will be feeling rejuvenated in body and mind and it will leave you longing to return again ad again.

For your convenience I have created a checklist of items that you will need for your spa day. Be sure to tailor the list to your own personal needs to create the perfect experience, and now relax and renew. Welcome to Glen Ivy.
